Capello: AC Milan Coach Fonseca Should not Succumb to Pressure from Leao and Theo

When asked about the possibility of the club taking a tougher stance, Capello stated on Radio Deejay: "I don't believe so. The club's intervention was necessary to protect the coach, but it is the coach who plays the pivotal role in managing the players and maintaining team harmony."

“It’s difficult (for Fonseca). But I hope so, he must be given time to make his ideas understood.
