Newcastle boss Howe considered too valuable by FA for recruitment - Paul Vegas

According to talkSPORT, Eddie Howe is not in the running to take over as the manager of the England national team due to the high cost associated with his hiring, as deemed by the Football Association.

It is expected to cost around £5m to buy Howe out of his contract at Newcastle. 

In addition, Howe is also expected to demand a higher salary than what Southgate had - and thus as an option a move is now out of the question.
